In-Shape Family Fitness

I usually have good experiences with gyms. I cancelled a previous membership to come here. It was twice the cost, and very overcrowded to do anything, my kid was also happy to not come back. Membership lasted less than a month.

I love this gym! The kid zone is great and makes it so I get my me time for a little bit. My baby especially loves Cindy. They offer a wide variety of group classes with knowledge and motivational instructors. They have a great lap pool, steam room, and sauna. Their equipment is up to date and they have a very nice locker room. I definitely recommend this gym to everyone.

I love zumba, and the California In-Shape is one of my favourite places to try. Staff are very friendly, the instructors leading the zumba class, have been very welcoming and motivating. The music is fun, and gives me a great cardio-workout. The place is clean, and not overcrowded and dance studio not overcrowded.

I didn’t have a membership but the staff helped me out to get one. The staff was amazing and treated me extremely well. I definitely recommend talking to Esmeralda at the front desk.

Worst time ever trying to buy a drink. Don’t take tap to pay, but don’t take cash. Stuck between the 90’s and 2010’s. Also is really dirty and stinks.
